Swaim Electric Heating & AC services all brands of electric and gas residential heating and AC systems. If you’re in the market for a new home comfort system, we’re proud to offer the full range of Trane HVAC residential equipment. We also offer maintenance agreements to keep your equipment in shipshape for the long haul.
Please note, we do not service oil systems or any type of boiler system.
Generators
Swaim Electric Heating and Air Conditioning is a Generac Certified Service Company, meaning that unlike most installers, we can sell, install, repair, and maintain the warranty on your Generac generator.
On top of offering a wide variety of Generac products, we provide maintenance contracts to keep your generator under warranty and ensure that it’s always ready to power your home efficiently and reliably. From installation and routine services to emergency repairs (a rarity with Generac), Swaim Electric Heating and Air Conditioning will be at your side.
Maintenance Contracts
Maintenance contracts help you uphold the warranty coverage on your generator so if it ever breaks, you won’t be hit with any expensive surprises due to improper or inadequate maintenance voiding your warranty. Maintenance contracts also provide you with the peace of mind that comes with knowing your generator will be ready to go when you need it.

Whether your circuit breakers keep tripping or you still have an outdated fuse system, we can upgrade your power system with a new breaker panel that has overload protection. Faulty switches, outlets, or wiring? We can fix that, too.

Emergency Service Available
Most furnaces, air conditioning units, and other electrical systems don’t limit malfunctions or breakdowns to normal 9-5 business hours. As a Swaim customer, when your furnace threatens to make it a very chilly weekend or your HVAC leaves you sweating on a summer night, Swaim Electric and AC’s licensed technicians will come to you with the expertise you need, when you need it.
